💡Celeb Addition/Exclusion Rules (Updated!)

💡Addition Rules💡

1. Only Korean celebs who are active in their respective category

2. The idol has received a certain number of requests of addition from users.

3. Celebs who do not have communities in their name in CHOEAEDOL. (including the inactive communities)

- The celebs in their respective category must meet the conditions below.

[Actor/Actress]

✅ Those who are acting engaging in acting

- Actors/Actresses who participated in 2 or more films or TV dramas as at least supporting roles.

& who participated in at least one film or drama within the last 3 years.

- Best New Actor awards-winning actors/actresses who participated in less than 2 films or TV dramas

& who participated in at least one film or drama within the last 3 years.

* 'Film' refers to those premiered in theatres.

* 'Drama' refers to those of more than 16 episodes.

* Web dramas, sitcoms, variety shows, documentaries, musicals etc are NOT counted as ‘film’ or ‘drama’.

[Singer]

✅ Those who have their albums or songs released and actively engaging in musical activities.

- Singers who have released albums or songs within the last year.

- Idol group members who engage in solo activities are not included

[Entertainer]

✅ Celebs who appear regularly in tv shows or on YouTube or social media.

- Entertainers who appear on tv variety shows regularly within 6 months.

- Entertainers who appears on tv variety shows regularly for more than 6 months.

- Entertainer who is active in certain categories like variety shows, sports, dance, etc.

- Celebrities with lots of additional requests (Celebrities who have more than 500k subscribers on YouTube/ Instagram/ Twitter.)

- High ranked on [Rising categories]

- Guest appearance, MCs in music programs or radio hosts/DJs etc. are not included

💡Exclusion Rules💡

- Exclude if celeb received 0 votes for 3 days or more out of the last 30 days. 

*0 votes for 3 days or more out of 30 days (not 3 days in a row)

- Exclusion will be made on the 6th of every month.

- Check [Ranking Changes]in the community.

*Community of your celeb → Top right menu (…) → 'Ranking Changes'

- Actors who have been added for less than 30 days are not excluded.

- From 6 March 2024, the exclusion rules will be reflected.
