- You need to spend 1 diamonds to create a new support fundraising event.

-Fundraising must be completed 30 days before the anniversary starts.

-Fundraising of the support event can be added 100 days before the anniversary.

-Once you set up a support event, it cannot be canceled.

-Used diamonds are non-refundable.

-The diamonds used when creating a new support fundraising event are not refundable.

-The diamonds will be returned to your account automatically when event fundraising fails.

-Each support events have different rules, please double-check the rule of the event before creating new support event.

-Diamonds can only be used for the support fundraising events.

-Please purchase Hearts from the 'Store' when voting for your star on the ranking.

-Used diamonds are non-refundable and the diamonds will be returned automatically when event fundraising fails.

-Creating a new support event requires diamonds

-The diamonds used when creating a new support fundraising event are not refundable.

🔹When the fundraising success

-When the fundraising success, the support event will go on.

🔹When the fundraising fail

-When the fundraising cannot reach the target, the support event will not be able to hang on.

-Used diamonds are non-refundable and the diamonds will be returned automatically when event fundraising fails.

-The diamonds used when creating a new support fundraising event are not refundable.

If the ad is canceled although the fundraising has been successful, we will alter the type of the ad, or we will give Diamonds back with a heart coupon.
